   Prize Carz knows the rules and regulations governing giveaway promotions for every state.  We offer a complete show package that takes the hassle and headaches out   of the entire car-giveaway process.           No car dealer negotiations, complicated or annoying paperwork, no little follow-up details. Our third party relationship keeps you and your sponsors out of trouble.    Once you sign a Prize Carz contract,         we do the work—you reap the rewards.   Win a car, motorcycle, limited edition unique autographed item. 3. How does the Prize Carz “Win-a-Car” giveaway promotion work?
   Your event attendees receive a game card which must be validated in participating exhibitors’ booths on the show floor.      Prize Carz works with you to customize the giveaway for your target audience.          You decide how many exhibitors to include and what their participation should be.   You decide how cards are validated.          At an agreed upon time, the Grand Prize Give Away drawing is held to select the winner.

4. What does it cost my company or my client to offer a Prize Carz “Win-a-Car” giveaway?
   You purchase a Prize Carz event package that includes the value of the vehicle. Prices vary based upon vehicle chosen.    We will be happy to provide you with a no-obligation quote.

5. How is payment structured?
   Prize Carz offers a payment plan with a  25% deposit upon signing the contract
   and a 75% payment on opening day of    your show or upon vehicle delivery.

6. Do I have a choice of vehicles?
   Yes. Prize Carz will provide you with a list  of the top 50 popular vehicles: cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, or sports cars.                Indulge your driving fantasies!  

7. Is this my overhead cost or do my exhibitors share in this cost?
   Because the “Win-a-Car” promotion increases quality booth traffic, it is an incentive for exhibitors to participate.     You decide the level of financial participation you wish from your exhibitors. 

8. Are there other components to the    “Win-a-Car” Give Away promotion?
   Yes. Prize Carz provides on-going excitement all during your show with  mini-drawings and extra chances to win.      Show purchases can qualify for additional prizes. The Prize Carz program is a total “show excitement” package. And because attendees must be present to win, the  “Win-a-Car” Give Away ensures attendance until the last hour of the show.

9. How do I sell this to my exhibitors?
   Prize Carz provides you with several sponsorship ideas, sample letters, and support material. Your booth sales staff promotes the Prize Carz “Win-a-Car” program when selling booth space.
   
    
10. What do sponsoring exhibitors have to do?
    Participating exhibitors simply punch or stamp the Prize Carz Game Card when it is presented by attendees. We offer displays and coaching to enhance their business opportunities resulting from the increase in booth traffic. 

11. Who handles the administrative tasks and paperwork?
    Prize Carz takes the administrative burden off your shoulders. We handle all paperwork and administrative tasks. We know the laws governing local, state and federal gaming and sweepstakes promotions.                  You simply sell the Prize Carz sponsorship along with booth space and leave the rest to us!

12. What is the time frame for implementing the Prize Carz package?
    From signed contract to car delivery can be as little as 30 days.

13. How is the vehicle licensed and titled?
    Prize Carz provides the title directly to the winner and aids in the process of registering/licensing the vehicle in the winner’s home state

14. What taxes are involved?
    Prize Carz provides all necessary documentation, making it easy for the winner to pay the sales tax upon registration in his or her home state.    Prize Carz mails the winner a 1099 for personal income tax reporting.  

15. How does the winner get the car?
    Prize Carz arranges shipping for the winner (at their expense). We will also offer transportation alternatives to get the vehicle to the winner’s location.

16. What if the winner doesn’t want the car?
    Prize Carz will purchase the vehicle on the spot and make arrangements to have a cash alternative delivered to the winner.          As a third-party vendor, we keep you out    of any entanglements with local, state or federal officials or negotiations with the prize winner.
